About Alma
Alma is a place where I want to cook, nourish and share with you my experience of food.
Be it my love for making fresh pasta or noodles (they are one and the same to me), making fresh bread, cheese and taking inspiration from my Hakka-Chinese upbringing in india, alma is a place you come when you just want someone else to cook for you.
It’s the place where you catch up with friends over a glass of wine and have a small dish or a place where you can celebrate a special occasion and order everything.
It’s your once a week drop in spot where you come by for something familiar and comforting like staple dish - pork wonton and noodles. The menu changes frequently and seasonally, so you can enjoy the classics and always be refreshed and surprised by new dishes on the menu.
All in all, I want for everyone to really enjoy being here with us.
This is my home away from home and I hope you'll feel that way too.
